Paul Crilly Joins Pandell Technology Corporation's Advisory Board
Calgary, AB – (July 6, 2010) Pandell Technology Corporation, a pioneer of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the energy and government sectors, announced today that Mr. Paul Crilly has joined the Pandell advisory board. With over 18 years of experience in energy service businesses, Mr. Crilly has a track record of successfully growing companies into industry leaders. Recently as President and CEO of Norex Exploration Services Inc., Mr. Crilly transformed a small western Canadian seismic operation into a North American business with over $110 million of revenue and a strong financial position. Having coordinated over $150 million in equity offerings, Mr. Crilly combines a detailed knowledge of capital markets with extensive merger and acquisition experience. He also has a particular affinity to emerging technology companies having been active in the alternative energy and technology commercialization industries.
Mr. Crilly sits on the Board of Tesla Exploration Ltd., a TSX listed company, and Xact Downhole Telemetry Ltd, a private drilling technology company. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
With his depth of industry experience, Mr. Crilly is a welcome and valuable addition to Pandell's advisory board. Now four strong, the advisory board provides valuable expertise to Pandell's executive team.
