LandWorks, Inc. Corporate Name Changes to Pandell
June 12, 2019 – Eighteen months after acquiring US-based software company, LandWorks, Inc., and diligently working to transition products, staff, clients, and business processes to their new identity, Pandell is pleased to announce the dawn of Pandell Technology USA Corporation.
Pandell now refers to its two corporate divisions as its CAN Operations and US Operations. Together the divisions develop and deliver cutting-edge software and services to companies across the energy sector including oil and gas, renewables, utilities, and mining.
“We’re thrilled to embrace the future with our two corporate divisions working together to deliver outstanding solutions,” says Greg Chudiak, Pandell’s President and CEO. “We’ve already made huge strides identifying which processes could be shared between the divisions and where we could drive bigger benefits to our customers. By bringing everyone together under one name, we’ve added another strong bolt in the foundation of our enterprise.”
“Our official name change to Pandell is more significant to many of us than most people may realize,” says Laura Holt, Manager of US Software Operations. “In the beginning we had no idea what our futures would look like under the new ownership. But now we feel as much a part of the company and culture as we could possibly feel. We’re on a whole new path and it's really exciting.”
For ease of succession, the legacy name will continue to live on in Pandell LandWorks land management software, formerly known as LandWorks LPM. This well-known software set is currently used by 100 energy companies in North America and 13 other countries.
